As of this moment, the deadline for the program to close is December 30, 2020.If you applied for AR Fresh Start, please make sure the following documents are in your online application:-Proof of Income ***Please upload four weeks’ worth of income for each adult in the household from the previous month that you are applying in. If you are not working, a Claims History Report will be required. This can be obtained at your local unemployment office. All adults listed on the application must provide proof of income. -First page of lease agreement or rental receipts Make sure your application is completed and your landlords information has been provided. When all information is completed and all documents are uploaded to your file, please let your case worker know. If you are not able to get back into your application, please check your e-mails for an email from eLogic Model Manager to log into your client portal.
