Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (Utility Assistance) closed on September 28th 2018 and will be closed until further notice.
The Summer Utility Assistance Program will begin on Monday July 2, 2018
The Summer Utility Assistance Program will begin on Monday July 2, 2018 and will end as soon as funds are spent. You must supply both your Electric Bill and Gas Bill, social security numbers for all household members, picture I.D. and proof of income for the previous month. This is the basic information, but once the interview is conducted other verification may be requested. BUT only the Electric will be paid. If you’ve received an application in the mail you do NOT need to make an appointment. Please come into the office at 1617 S. Zero between the hours of 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to make an appointment. Due to the volume of phone calls, the calls will NOT be returned.
